When starting a Job Template or assigning a Workflow Template to a version document, you may see the following error message.

This is due to the name(s) of the content group(s) in the master document and workflow not matching.

This error occurs because the name of the content group in the master document does not match the name of the content group in the workflow.

In the example above, the content group in the master document is named "New Content Group" (the default value), while the content groups in the workflow is named "Edit Group".

NOTE:
If there are multiple content groups in the master document and/or workflow, the system will use these names for matching purposes.

If you wish to update the name of the content group in the master document, you will need to open the master document from the 'Projects' tab.

1. Double-click on the content group tab to open the 'Content Group Details' window.
2. Update the name of the content group.
3. Click 'Save'.

NOTE:
If your master document already has version documents, then you will need to lock the version documents before you can make changes to the content group.

If you wish to update the name of the content groups in the workflow, you will need to open the workflow template via the 'Workflows' tab.

• Double-click on the content-group name to edit it.
• When you are done, press 'Enter' or 'Return' on your keyboard.

NOTE:
Changing the name of the content group in this workflow template will not affect any workflows that were previously created from this workflow template.
