Error (ID: 13146): Version currently locked by an administrator

If you see this error when trying to open a job, it means that your one2edit™ administrator has intentionally locked your document.

Please contact your one2edit™ administrator about this directly.

This is not a 1io technical-support issue.

How to unlock version documents (for one2edit™ Administrator Users only)

  1. Select the Master Document for which the version documents are locked.
  2. Click 'Project > Unlock Versions'.
