Document ID, Job ID, and Client Workspace ID

Each document in one2editâ„¢ has an ID. This is known as the 'Document ID'.

A job in one2editâ„¢ will have a separate ID to the document. This ID is known as the 'Job ID'.

Finally, the client workspace inside which the documents and jobs reside has an ID. This is known as the 'Client Workspace ID'.

Finding IDs in the 'Jobs' tab

In the 'Jobs' tab:

  1. the 'Document ID' can be found in the 'Document' column. In this case, the 'Document ID' is 887.
  2. the 'Job ID' is contained in the 'ID' column. In this case, the 'Job ID' is 1185.
  3. the 'Client Workspace ID' is the prefix to the 'Job ID'. In this case, the 'Client Workspace ID' is 307.

NOTE:
The 'Client Workspace ID' is also sometimes called the 'Client ID' or 'Workspace ID'.

Finding IDs in the 'Projects' tab

In the 'Projects' tab:

  1. the 'Document ID' can be found in the 'ID' column. In this case, the 'Document ID' is 887.
  2. the 'Client Workspace ID' is the prefix to the 'Document ID'. In this case, the 'Client Workspace ID' is 307.

NOTE:
The 'Job ID' is not shown in the 'Projects' tab.

The 'Client Workspace ID' can also be found in the 'Client Workspace Settings' window. In this case, the 'Client Workspace ID' is 307.
