Error (ID: 2032) - Stream Error

This error occurs when there is a connection problem or interruption between the one2edit™ client and the servers.

Such streaming errors are typically caused on the client side of the connection, rather than on the server side.

In order to resolve such issues, you should contact your IS/IT department or ISP.

You can demonstrate that it is an issue with a particular internet connection by showing that the error does not occur while using a different internet connection (e.g. by using the internet connection on your phone, your home internet connection, etc.).

Check Internet Connection Stability

The first and most obvious thing to check when dealing with a connection problem is the stability of the internet connection being used.

one2edit™ requires a persistent connection between the client and server, even when you are not editing documents.

Check your Firewall Rules

A firewall controls the incoming and outgoing network traffic based on an applied rule set.

An example of a firewall rule is a connection timeout.

Given that one2edit™ requires a persistent connection, such a timeout could break that connection and cause an error to occur.

Check your Proxy Servers

A proxy server acts as an intermediary between your computer/network and the internet.

Proxy servers may be set up in ways that can interfere with the persistent connection required by one2edit™.

Such interference would cause the above error to occur.
