Why can I not import my TMX file?

When I try to import a TMX file, I get an error.

What could be wrong?

Check the encoding of your TMX file

one2edit™ supports TMX files that are encoded in UTF-8.

Please contact your TM administrator to check that the encoding is correct. If not, ask them to re-export the TMX using UTF-8 encoding.
