How can I download a File from a one2edit™ Asset Project?

This lesson covers how to download a file from a one2edit™ Asset Project.

For example, a checked-out document, an exported PDF, etc.

NOTE: If you have a self-hosted one2edit™ system, then your Asset Projects are probably a drive on your local network. In that case, you may be able to access the network drive directly via your normal file-management tools.

NOTE: This lesson is only valid for users that have access to an Asset Project.

Open the Asset Browser

Click Assets in the main navigation menu to open the Asset Browser.

NOTE: If you do not have an Assets option, but you believe that you should, please speak to your one2edit™ administrator.

Download the File

  1. Locate and select the file to download.
  2. Click the Download button.
