Created on 09th October 2026 at 09:27 by Jamie O'Connell

This lesson shows how to upload a PDF preset, and then set it as the default job option for low-resolution PDF exports.

Upload a PDF Preset

First, we need to upload the PDF Preset that we will use for low-res PDF exports. If you have already done this, please skip to the next stage.

  1. Click on the BRANDGUARDIAN® logo to open the main navigation menu.
  2. Click Settings > PDF Presets.
  1. Click the Add Preset button to upload your PDF Preset from your local machine.

NOTE: You must have exported a PDF Preset from Adobe® InDesign® in the .joboptions file format. This is what you will upload to one2edit™.

  1. Your uploaded PDF Preset will now be displayed in the list.
  2. You may now close this dialog.

Set the Default Low-Res PDF Joboption

  2. Click Settings > Client Workspace Settings.
