How can I tell if my Workflow is Running or Paused?

Lighter or darker Progress Bar

  1. This progress bar is a paused (or not started) workflow. You can see that it is lighter than the others.
  2. This progress bar is a running workflow.

Pause or Resume Options

The option menu for a document has a Workflow sub-menu.

  1. A paused workflow will have the option to Resume Workflow.
  2. A running workflow will have the option to Pause Workflow.
  1. If a workflow is paused, there will be a Play button shown, which can be used to resume the workflow.
  2. If a workflow is running, there will be a Pause button shown, which can be used to pause the workflow.
