Your Jobs list displays a list of all jobs assigned to your user.

IDs are typically in the form: <Client ID>–<Item ID>

1. ID: Because we are in the Jobs list, this is the ID of the job. In this case, the Job ID is: 489
2. Document: This is the ID of the document used in the job. In this case, the Document ID is: 389
3. Client Workspace ID: The prefix before the hyphen is the ID of the Client Workspace (or Client). In this case, the Client ID is: 7

NOTE: You must always provide your Client ID and Document ID when seeking technical support (in this case, 7-389). Please do not provide the Job ID.

The Projects area is where your documents are to be found.

1. ID: Because we are in the Projects area, this is the ID of the document. In this case, the source-language Document ID is 347, and the Document ID of the Version Document in this project is 389 (i.e. the same document as seen above in the Jobs list).
2. Client Workspace ID: The prefix before the hyphen is the ID of the Client Workspace (or Client). In this case, the Client ID is: 7

NOTE: You must always provide your Client ID and Document ID when seeking technical support (in this case, 7-389 or 7-347).

NOTE: Job IDs are not shown in the Projects area.

The Client Workspace ID can also be found in the Client Workspace Settings dialog. In this case, the Client Workspace ID is: 7.
