Set v4 User-Group Permissions

Created on 05th February 2026 at 09:35 by Jamie O'Connell

Each user group can be given custom permissions, granting access to options and areas based on the group's specific needs.

The available permissions are quite granular, and are sorted into Administrator User Permissions and Regular User Permissions.

NOTE: These permissions are not for document editing. Editor permissions are controlled via Content Groups and Content Rules.

Open 'Permissions' dialogue for a user group

  1. Double-click the user group name (or select the group and click 'Edit').
  2. Click the 'Permissions' tab on the user group window.
