To open the Project Details dialog:

1. click the document's thumbnail.
2. select Properties from the document's option menu.

1. Click the Fonts tab to see the fonts used by this document.
2. Any fonts that have a crossed-out T beside them are missing (i.e. InDesign® Server is unable to find and render them).
3. If you have recently uploaded any font package(s), then you should click the Validate button to refresh this list.

NOTE: You are not required to click Validate for InDesign Server to make use of available fonts. If the font is present on the system, then it will be used. The Validate button is only to refresh this list and check for missing fonts.

NOTE: Fonts referenced by unused styles will not be displayed in this list. It is often necessary to create styles for specific target languages that reference fonts with the correct character set for those languages. These fonts would, therefore, not be present in the source-language document or the InDesign® package, and would need to be uploaded separately to the one2edit™ system. You can upload font packages via Settings > Font Packages.

1. Click the Links tab to see the links used in this document.
2. Any links that have a broken-chain icon beside them are missing (i.e. InDesign® Server is unable to find and render them). Any links that have a warning triangle beside them are outdated (the link file has been changed since the document was linked as a project in one2edit™).
3. Click the Validate button will refresh this list.

NOTE: If you uploaded links after creating the one2edit™ project, then the Validate button will not change anything. You will instead need to manually relink any missing images via the Document Info > Links panel in the Master Document Editor. Please see the article entitled How can I relink outdated links?.

NOTE: If the Auto-Update Outdated Links option is enabled in the Client Workspace Settings, then clicking the Validate button here will relink them automatically. Alternatively, outdated links can be relinked via the Document Info > Links panel in the Master Document Editor.
