1. In the Master-Document Editor, expand the Links section of the Document Info panel to see a list of all links.
2. Click the symbol beside a link to fix it. Missing links are marked with a broken-link symbol, and outdated links are indicated by a warning triangle.

Here we can see both missing and outdated links.

We first click any broken-link symbol to relink our missing links.

1. In the Choose File dialog, browse to the folder containing the link and select it.
2. Click the Choose button to select this file as the link.

NOTE: If a different image is to be used, you can simply choose the new image (as is done in InDesign® desktop).

If other missing links exist in the document, the system will also check for those filenames in the same location.

If the system does find any files with the same filename as a missing link, you will be asked if you wish to also relink those.
This means that, if you have many missing links that all reside in the same folder, you only need to relink one in order to relink them all.

Use the checkboxes to select/deselect any links, and click OK.

Any links that were relinked will no longer be marked as missing.

NOTE: Any outdated links will still be outdated at this point, as these were not missing.

We click the warning-triangle symbol to update our outdated links.

Because outdated links are not missing, we do not need to tell the system where the file is located. It will simply update to the current version of the linked file.

If any other links in the document are outdated, the system will prompt you to also update these.
This means that, if you have many outdated links in the same document, you only need to update one in order to update them all.

Any outdated links that were updated are no longer marked as outdated.

NOTE: Updating outdated links will not relink missing links.
