This section describes the 'Workflows' tab

Important:

Please note that this section only describes the menu options at a high-level. For more in-depth explanations, please refer to the appropriate parts of the manual.

Tab: 'Workflows' - first view

The 'Workflows' tab is where you can create and save workflow templates.

These workflow templates can be applied to version documents to create jobs for editing, translation and review.

NOTE:

By default, there will be a folder named 'Workflows' present.

Tab: 'Workflows' - enhanced

When you select a folder in the folder structure (1), the workflow templates contained therein are shown in the section on the right (2).

Also shown are the workflow ID, the workflow name, and the description of the workflow (if one exists). The creation date of the workflow, as well as the date of the last edit, are also displayed.
