The 'InDesign Preflight Profiles' window is where you can manage your InDesign® preflight profiles in the workspace.

What are 'InDesign Preflight Profiles'?

InDesign preflight profiles allow you to check the minimum export requirements of a PDF, e.g., no missing fonts. Preflight profiles can be exported from Adobe® InDesign and uploaded to a one2edit™ workspace. A preflight profile can generate a report informing you if your InDesign documents are adhering to your marcom department requirements.

1. 'Add': Click this button to upload a preflight profile (.idpp file) from your local machine.
2. 'Delete': Deletes the selected preflight profile from the one2edit workspace.
3. 'Refresh': Refreshes the 'InDesign Preflight Profiles' window.

NOTE:

There are no preflight profiles included in the workspace. You must upload your own profiles, exported from Adobe InDesign.
