Here we see the two elements (in this case, text segments) that are up for review.

Accept an Element

Accept an Element

Hovering the mouse over the yellow bubble will bring up the context menu.

In this case, the word has been translated correctly, so we click on 'Accept'.

Reject an Element

Reject an Element

This segment, on the other hand, has not been translated, so we click on 'Reject'.

Clicking on 'Reject' sends this element back into the translator's job queue, letting them know that they should work on it again.

Reason for Rejection

Reason for Rejection

Clicking on the 'Reject' option brings up the 'Reject' window.

Here, it is possible to give a reason for the rejection, giving the translator more information with which to work during the next attempt.

Click 'OK' when you are finished.

Examine Rejection Note

Examine Rejection Note
  1. You will now see that a note marker has been added to the document preview. This yellow note marker can be moved around, allowing it to be placed in the most appropriate location.
  2. Notes can be viewed by opening the 'Notes' panel on the left hand side of the screen.
  3. Selecting a note will display the content of that note.
  4. Notes are linked from the panel to their marker by a grey connector. If there are many notes, this enables the user to easily see where each marker is located.

Close the Document

Close the Document
