How to add content to your Dictionary (Editors & Translators)

You can expand your personal dictionary's content by adding 'Learned Words'.

There are two ways for editors, translators and reviewers to do this.

1. Add Dictionary content via 'Editor Window'

  1. Any word your dictionary does not recognize is underlined in red in the 'Editor Window'. Such words are also highlighted in red within the 'Spelling' panel.
  2. When you move your mouse over an unrecognized word in the editor, a list appears. This list offers similar words as well as the option for the dictionary to learn the underlined word.
  3. If you click '+ Learn', this word is added to your personal 'Learned Words' list and will no longer be identified as an error for you. The learned words will also disappear from the 'Spelling' panel.

You can add new words to your personal dictionary manually via the 'Spelling' panel in the one2edit editor.

  1. Click the 'Show Learned Words' button to open the 'Manage Learned Words' window.
  2. Type the word in the field at the bottom.
  3. Click 'Add Word'.
  4. The word is added to the 'Word' list.
  5. Words can be deleted from this list at any time clicking the red 'X'.
