Cannot Open a Document/Job

Your editing/translation jobs are shown in your 'Jobs' tab. However, if another user has that same document open elsewhere in the workflow (e.g. if a reviewer is looking at items that you have sent for review), you will not be able to open the Job.

Document is shown as 'Blocked'

In your 'Jobs' tab, check that the 'Edit' button is available in the 'Action' column on the right-hand side of your one2edit™ window.

If the icon shown in the screenshot above is present (instead of the usual action buttons), that means the document is not available to you at the moment.

Error (ID: 13140)

If you try to open the Job anyway (by double-clicking on it), an 'Error' message will appear explaining that the document is currently open by another user.

You can either wait until the document becomes available to you, or use the contact information included in the 'Error' message to contact the current user.

Click 'OK' to return to your 'Jobs' tab.

Refresh the View

The view within one2edit™ does not automatically refresh when things change. For this reason, you will need to use the 'Refresh' button to check whether a Job has become available for you to open.

If the document has become available, the 'Action' buttons will reappear in the column on the right.

You can then click the 'Edit' button (or double-click on the document) to open the 'Job Editor' as normal.
