'Spelling' Panel

'Spelling' Panel
  1. Last/Next Error: If spelling errors are listed, the 'Last' and 'Next' buttons move between items on the list.
  2. Check: Click the 'Check' button to check for spelling errors and suggested Text Rules (both are listed in the 'Spelling' panel).
  3. Language: 'Detect automatically' is selected by default. The drop-down menu can be used to change this.
  4. Check while typing: When this box is checked, one2edit automatically checks for spelling errors when you are typing content into the editor window.
  5. Show Learned Words: Opens a window that displays the words this user has saved.
  6. Language: This drop-down menu can be used to view this user's learned words in other languages.
  7. 'Word' field: All learned words for the selected language are displayed here. They can be deleted, if required.
  8. 'Add Word' field: New words can be learned for the selected language by adding them here.

NOTE:

The 'Language' field will automatically be set to the target language of the translation workflow, if a dictionary for that language is installed.

NOTE:

An 'Edit' workflow has no target language. While the system will auto-detect the language for spell-check purposes, the drop-down menu will remain as '[Detect automatically]'.
