Tab: Job Archive

This section describes the 'Job Archive' tab.

Important:

Please note that this section only describes the menu options at a high-level. For more in-depth explanations, please refer to the appropriate parts of the manual.

Tab: 'Job Archive' - first view

Finished jobs are automatically stored in the one2edit™ 'Job Archive' tab. From here, you can export these finished jobs and/or generate low-resolution PDF files. There will be no folders or projects displayed in this tab until one of your jobs has been 100% completed.

NOTE:

For a job to be 100% complete, it must go through the entire workflow (both editing and review/approval). A job will not appear here just because it is no longer displayed in your Jobs tab.

Tab: 'Job Archive' - finished jobs

When you select a folder from the 'Folder Structure' window (1), the 'Job Archive' window will display any version documents in that folder on which you have completed jobs (2).

Clicking on the version document will display the jobs you have completed for that document (3).

NOTE:

The folder structure in the 'Job Archive' tab matches the folder structure in the 'Projects' tab. However, only those folders that contain completed jobs for that user will be displayed.
