The 'PDF Export Presets' window is where you can manage the PDF export preset files for your workspace.

What are 'PDF Presets'?

PDF presets can be created in Adobe® InDesign® and then exported for use in one2edit™. These can determine the characteristics of PDF documents exported from the one2edit system. PDF preset files (in a .joboptions format) can be uploaded to a one2edit workspace.

1. 'Add': Click this to upload a .joboptions file (i.e. the PDF Presets exported from InDesign desktop) from your local drive.
2. 'Delete': Deletes the selected PDF Preset from your workspace.
3. 'Refresh': Refreshes the 'PDF Export Presets' window.

NOTE:

There are no pre-loaded PDF presets on the system. You must upload your own presets (exported from Adobe InDesign) in order to export any PDF from one2edit.
