Settings > PDF Presets

Created on 18th November 2016 at 16:12 by Jamie O'Connell

'Settings > PDF Presets'

'Settings > PDF Presets'

The 'PDF Export Presets' window is where you can manage the PDF export preset files for your workspace.

What are 'PDF Presets'?

PDF presets can be created in Adobe® InDesign® and then exported for use in one2edit. These can determine the characteristics of PDF documents exported from the one2edit system. PDF preset files (in a .joboptions format) can be uploaded to a one2edit workspace.

  1. 'Add': Click this to upload a .joboptions file (i.e. the PDF Presets exported from InDesign desktop) from your local drive.
  2. 'Delete': Deletes the selected PDF Preset from your workspace.
  3. 'Refresh': Refreshes the 'PDF Export Presets' window.

NOTE:

There are no pre-loaded PDF presets on the system. You must upload your own presets (exported from Adobe InDesign) in order to export any PDF from one2edit.
