Theme Color, Logo & Login Screen

Created on 18th January 2013 at 19:04 by Jamie O'Connell

This section tells you how to do some branding customization within the one2edit™ GUI.

Theme Color, Logo & Login Screen

The 'Theme Color' is the color with which menus, content, etc. are highlighted within the current workspace. By default, it is the one2edit™ corporate color.

The 'Logo' is the logo that appears in the top-right corner of the UI screen. By default, it is the one2edit™ logo.

The 'Login Screen' will allow you to upload a customized login screen (in the .o2edv file format).

Theme Color

You can choose a theme color by clicking on the colored square, as shown.

A color can then be chosen directly from the palette or entered as a hexadecimal value.

If the 'Default' button is pressed, the theme color will revert to the one2edit™ green.

NOTE:
The background for all of the menus is black. If you choose a dark color, it may end up being impossible to read the menu option over which your mouse cursor is hovering.

Login Screen

Click the 'Change' button and choose the new login-screen file to use, i.e., the .o2edv file that you created using the one2edit™ 'View Designer' software.

Click the 'Clear' button to revert to the default login screen.

NOTE:
To change the login screen for your workspace on the one2edit™ Express system, you will need to contact your one2edit account manager.

What can be changed on the login screen?

Below are the things that can be changed in a one2edit™ login screen by using the 'View Designer' software.

  1. The one2edit logo can be changed to another logo. Other images/logos can also be added to the screen.
  2. The background color can be changed. Gradients or single colors are possible.
  3. The 'username/password' window cannot be altered. It will remain black with a grey underside.
