With your document open in Adobe® InDesign®, click File > Package.

1. The Package dialog shows if any fonts or links used in the document are missing. If they are, please resolve that before creating the Package.
2. Uncheck the Create Printing Instructions box, as these are not required for one2edit™.
3. Click the Package... button to continue.

1. Browse to a folder and name the new Package folder. The Package folder will be created as a sub-folder.
2. Ensure that these options are selected:
   • Copy Fonts: This will copy all available font files to your Package folder.
   • Copy Linked Graphics: This will copy all linked graphics to your Package folder.
   • Update Graphic Links In Package: This automatically updates the link paths in the Packaged INDD file.
3. Click Package.

This will create a Package folder containing all of the files required for a project in your one2edit™ Client Workspace.

NOTE: If you have already uploaded all fonts centrally to your one2edit™ Client Workspace, or if they are standard macOS system fonts, then they do not need to be included in this Package.

NOTE: Some types of fonts will not be placed into the Document fonts folder. For example, CJK fonts and fonts sourced via the Adobe Fonts feature. Please see this notice from Adobe about why the font licences are not compatible with Adobe InDesign Server.

If you plan to upload your InDesign® Package via the one2edit™ Asset Browser, then you should create a ZIP archive file.

If you plan to copy the files using the one2editFS client, or a file browser, there is no need to create this ZIP archive.
