Creating Note Groups

Note Groups allow for the color-coding of notes in a Job, enabling users to focus on relevant notes.

NOTE: Note Groups do not affect the visibility of notes to users who have read permissions for notes.

Create new Note Group

Click the + (plus) button in the Note Groups dialog to add a new Note Group.

Edit details

  1. Give the new Note Group a name.
  2. Select a color for the Note Group. Notes assigned to this group will have a marker of this color next to them.
  3. Click Save.

The new Note Group has been created.

Edit or delete a Note Group

Access the Edit and Delete options via the groups's option menu.

NOTE: No confirmation is required when deleting a note group.
