Uploading a Font Package

Created on 16th June 2023 at 15:05 by Jamie O'Connell

In this section, we will upload a Font Package to one2edit™.

A Font Package is a zip archive containing font files for InDesign Server to use when rendering your document.

NOTE: If you do not upload the required fonts to one2edit, then InDesign Server will use a default system font for your document, which may lead to overset and incorrect appearance of the text.

Settings > Font Packages

Click Settings > Font Packages in the Navigation Menu. This will open the Font Packages dialog.

NOTE: If this is a new Client Workspace, there will be no Font Packages present. You will need to upload any Font Packages that you require.

Manage Font Packages

  1. Click the + (plus) Action Button to upload a font package. Select the .zip file in the file-browser dialog that opens, and click Open/OK.
  2. To remove a font package (e.g. if you are uploading a newer version of the fonts), simply click the trash icon beside the package.
