Enter the URL of your one2edit™ system in your browser.

Type in your user name – which is your email address – and the password that was provided.

Then click Continue.

Clicking More will expand the login dialog and grant access to more login options. The button text will change to Less, allowing you to hide the extra options again, if desired.

1. Language: choose a UI language (currently only English is offered, but more are planned)
2. Domain: choose an alternative authentication domain from the drop-down, or type one in
3. Remember: check this box to remember the settings for User, Language, and Domain

Log in using the Continue button after your details are correct.

Depending on your user-group permissions, when you log in, you may see:

• The list of Jobs assigned to you (or an empty list if no Jobs have been assigned yet)
• The Projects area, if you have admin privileges
• The Templates area, if your user has access to Job Templates

However, in every area, there is a User Menu in the top-right of the window, the icon for which is a person.

Access your User Preferences via the option in the User Menu.

Here, you can set:

• Theme: Light or Dark UI theme
• Arrange Folders: Choose to arrange your folders by name, creation time, etc.
• Language: The UI Language (currently only English is offered, but more are planned)
• Name/Password: The section containing your Name, Username/Email, and Password

Click the triangle to expand the Name/Password section.

Here you can set:

• Name: Your full name
• E-Mail: Your username for logging in to the system
• Password/Repeat Password: Set your new password in the Password field, and confirm it in the Repeat Password field

Click Save or Apply to set your new password.
