Job Archive

This section describes the Job Archive. Any of the user's finished Jobs are automatically displayed here. Users can export these finished jobs from the Job Archive.

NOTE: This section provides a high-level overview. For more in-depth explanations, please refer to the appropriate parts of the Knowledge Base.

Navigate to the Job Archive

Click Job Archive in the Navigation Menu to access the Job Archive.

NOTE: If you do not see Job Archive in your Navigation Menu, your user may not have access permissions, or none of your jobs may have fully completed yet. Please speak to your local one2edit™ administrator if you feel that this is in error.

Job Archive

  1. Job Archive Folders: This area displays the Projects area folder-structure for any of the user's completed Jobs.
  2. Completed Jobs: A list of completed Jobs in the selected folder.
  3. Details of selected Job: The details of the selected Job.

NOTE: There are no folders or jobs displayed in this area until one of your jobs has been 100% completed. For a job to be 100% complete, it must go through the entire workflow (i.e. all editing and review/approval steps).

NOTE: The folder structure in the Job Archive matches the folder structure in the Projects area. However, only those folders that contain completed jobs on which the user has worked will be displayed.
