When multiple Version Documents are selected, and some do not have Workflows assigned to them, there are two extra options under the Workflow sub-menu.

  • Workflow > Assign Workflow from Template: Assign a chosen Workflow Template to the selected Version Documents that do not already have Workflows. This will not affect selected Version Documents with Workflows.
