Navigation Menu > Settings > PDF Presets

Created on 28th April 2023 at 13:31 by Jamie O'Connell

The PDF Export Presets dialog is where you manage the PDF-export preset files for your workspace.

What are PDF Presets?
PDF Presets are defined in Adobe® InDesign® and then exported for use in one2edit™. These determine the characteristics of PDF documents exported from the one2edit system. PDF-Preset files (in a .joboptions format) can be uploaded to a one2edit Workspace.

  1. PDF Presets: The PDF Presets that you uploaded to your Workspace are listed here.
  2. Add new PDF Preset: Click here to upload a .joboptions file (i.e. the PDF Presets exported from InDesign desktop) from your local drive.
  3. Delete Preset: Click here to delete the PDF Preset from your Workspace.

NOTE: There are no PDF Presets pre-loaded to a Workspace. You must upload your own PDF Presets (exported from Adobe InDesign) in order to export any high-res PDF from one2edit.
